Our Officers
Raleigh Battalion is proud to have a team of dedicated and passionate volunteers who are committed to building leaders of character. Our volunteers are all screened via background check by our national headquarters and are required to complete annual training. Our staff members are passionate about working with young people and helping them develop into responsible and capable leaders.
Commanding Officer
ENS Nelson Santiago
CO Santiago has 13 years of active duty experience in the U.S. Coast Guard and has been a volunteer in several youth organizations for over 15 years. He is currently the Training Director at Gregory Poole Equipment Company in Raleigh.
